  • Check-in & Check-out

    Check-in is available from 15:00 to 23:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 23:00, please contact us in advance to arrange your arrival.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation terms vary based on the rate selected. For Flexible Rates, cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 14 and 2 days before arrival incur a 50% charge, while cancellations within 2 days or no-shows will be charged 100%. Non-Refundable Rates require full payment at booking and are non-refundable.

  • Security Deposit

    A security deposit of approximately €300 may be required upon arrival to cover potential damages or losses. This can be collected in cash or secured via a valid credit card.

  • Payment Methods

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash. Payments made with foreign cards will be processed in the cardholder's currency, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the cardholder.

Reception Hours


High Season – May to September

Our reception is open daily from 09:00 to 23:00.


Low Season – April and October

Reception hours may vary depending on hotel occupancy and guest requirements. Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance to arrange their arrival and check-in.


Hotel Closure – November to March

The hotel is closed from November until the end of March. During this period, no accommodation or reception services are available.
